Aaron Montgomery

Aaron Montgomery has over a decade of general business experience in general management, strategy consulting, sales and marketing, and finance. In 2007, Mr. Montgomery launched an independent consulting firm which was primarily focused on growth, turnaround strategy, and execution. In that role he successfully managed and advised several for-profit and non-profit organizations in difficult turnaround situations. Mr. Montgomery graduated with his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Leiselle Clark has a diverse background in strategic business development, sales, and marketing. Clark has held several executive management roles, and has also consulted for growing companies where her focus has been social influence marketing, viral marketing, and other such emerging media for over 10 years. He served as a Treasury Director at Lennox International from 2007-2008 overseeing Asset-Liability Management. He was the Financial Risk Manager at Toyota Financial Services (TFS) from 2003-2007, with responsibility for Economic Capital and Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC). He co-developed the Economic Capital platform that earned TFS the 2007 Alexander Hamilton Award for overall excellence in Treasury. He earned his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2003. Prior to Business School, he served in roles supporting financial analysis at Dell Computer and Goldman Sachs.
Craig Glee

A seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in consulting and management in various industries, Craig has served as a consultant setting strategy and evaluating operations to make companies more effective. Karmen Tucker

As an attorney, E. D. Thompson has worked in both the public and private sector and her practice has varied from corporate litigation to government contracts. Specializing in contract law, she has extensive experience defending large corporations against false claims lawsuits. Additionally, E. D. Thompson counsels these clients on various issues regarding marketing strategy and implementation.

E. D. Thompson has an MBA in Marketing from the FAMU School of Business and Industry and a JD from Howard Law School.
Von Harden

A lifetime entrepreneur, Von has founded and operated several business ventures profitably for nearly 15 years.
